Mental Health Block Party 〰️

Bridge Way invites you to the Second Annual Mental Health Block Party, taking place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. in the street and on our campus!

This free, family-friendly community event brings together Bridge Way students and families, local organizations, and neighbors for a fun day of activities that celebrates recovery, reduces stigma, and elevates conversations around teen mental health and substance use.

As Pennsylvania’s first and only recovery high school, The Bridge Way School serves students who are working every day to build healthy, substance-free lives while continuing their education. This event is both a celebration of that resilience and a powerful opportunity for community partners like you to stand visibly in support of youth mental health.

Philadelphia’s first and only recovery high school.

Students attend at no cost.

We are a PA-licensed private high school for students (grades 9-12)
on their journey of recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

The Bridge Way School, a member of the Association of Recovery Schools (recoveryschools.org), combines a challenging and meaningful academic program with the support services necessary for teens to succeed in recovery as they continue to live, work, and engage in their own communities.

Research indicates that teens struggling with substance misuse who attend a recovery high school are 25% more likely to graduate.

Bridge Way honors and supports recovery.

We seek to create a community of learners that ignites academic passion and fosters social connections between students sharing a recovery journey.
